Executive, Retail Collections (Contract Basis and Renewable thereafter)

Responsibilities:

- Negotiate for payment through outbound calls and focus on Non Performing Loan (NPL) prevention for Secured and Unsecured accounts and achieve collection target

- Attend and update all accounts that have been assigned to you by utilising available resources diligently and efficiently

- Ensure compliance with the Bank's Code of Ethics and policies at all times

Requirements:


- Results oriented
- Able to work under pressure and beyond required normal working hours
- Must be a team player and self motivated
- Knowledge in collection activities would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
